The Space:
Family Tides is located in a newly-developed, gated community on Lake LBJ, Clearwater Harbor and Marina, which is nestled in The Legends on Lake LBJ lake-side golf community.

Home Features:
Level 1: Garage, full of fun games to play, and has a door to access the outdoor entertainment area including the pool and a ½ bath. Outside there is an outdoor couch and chairs to hang out in, picnic table to eat and play games on, along with 2 swing chairs to relax poolside. This outdoor patio area also has a propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout. From here there is a gate that will take you down to the boat lift.

Level 2: On this level you will find the full kitchen, living room, and a laundry room available for all guests, along with a full bathroom. There is also a sunset deck to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Level 3: All 3 of the bedrooms are located on this level and 3 full bathrooms, along with a bunk bed area of 4 additional beds.

Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

Guest Access:
The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like Wi-Fi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.

Getting Around:
A car is required to get around Kingsland given it has a more rural setting.

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
