Our single family home is conveniently located near Camelback Resort, with endless activities and restaurants. Also close to Kalahari, Great wolf lodge, Ski, Casino, Playgrounds, Kayaking (July 1-Labor day), Zoos
Enjoy hiking at Poconos State Park just 1/2 hour away away.

Just 5 Minutes from amenities, playgrounds and lakes.
14 min drive to Shop Rite, 15 min to Walmart, Aldi.

Individually controlled thermostat in each room so everyone feel most comfortable!
Basketball, Air Hockey, Foosball in the basement so you never bored:)

What is included:

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 5 guest passes are included in the booking which allow you to use any of the the 4 major pools , as well as all the kayaks canoes and row boats completely free of charge (boating available from July 1st)

(More can be purchased 5 dollars for adults and 3 dollars for children) , Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, boating/kayaking/paddle boating (available July 1-August), playgrounds.

**We charge 75 Dollars per pet additional cleaning fee

***50 Dollars per person after 16ppl

***Any prom or graduation group 17-21 must leave a 1000 security deposit to be refunded after their stay and house inspected for any damages***

Vacation

The property is good, the only thing is cleaning and maintaining the property, as the air conditioners are poorly installed and all the humidity leaks out, the metal of the heater was loose and my 6-year-old daughter cut her toe, one of The auxiliary beds are under the sheet, they are yellow, probably because of the humidity, on top of the fridge it was very dusty and in the yellow bathrooms, there is a lack of Clorox and disinfection

Gret house

There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 16. The air conditioners were great and the king beds very comfortable. We went to Camelbeach which was very close and Tobyhanna State park had an amazing beach area with a swimming lake. There was not a washer and dryer we had access to so I would bring extra towels and wash cloths. The kitchen did not have enough coffee mugs, plates or cups for a party of 16 . The Hot tub was new and we enjoyed a firepit each night. We did have the cell of the owner who did everything in her power to make sure we were happy in her home. Our family had a great time!

Ruslan the owner was easy to communicate with & his home is absolutely beautiful. My family and I had a great stay & we look forward to staying there again in the future. Very nice home & its very well maintained.
