Cozy 3 bedroom chalet tucked in the trees just at the base of Sunday River. This is the perfect home base for your family ski trip or your summer getaway to the mountains! So many activities surround including amazing skiing, hiking, MT biking, swimming, fishing, golf, and more. Plenty of space to spread out with a cozy upstairs living room and a downstairs game room with ping pong and two additional TV rooms. What ever activity you choose, end the day with a soak in the relaxing hot tub. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Two queen bedrooms on the main level, one en suite and one with private access to the deck. The basement features two sitting areas with TVs and a ping pong table as well as a full bath and laundry room. The neighborhood is just down the hill from Sunday River. It is a very quiet neighborhood that offers a nice dirt road to walk or ride your bike. You will need a car as it is rural.

Great place to visit Sunday River.

We used this as base camp for our skiing trip. It is so close to Sunday River it made it super easy to let the kids ski, run home for lunch or supplies, and then hit the slopes. We loved the hot tub everyday after skiing. Great communication and house was just as described. Would return for sure!

Trip with college kids

Loved this home and all it had to offer! Great time for us and our college kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table!

Tons of space and great location!

The pictures in listing do a nice job showing the house. There is tons of space so it would be perfect for a ski trip with a big group. We were there in fall and it was a great location near Bethel and not that farm from Rangeley. Lots of hiking options. Right down road from Sunday River. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Lots of games and puzzles if you get a rainy day. The hot water was not on but I texted the manager and they were able to tell me where to turn it on in basement. Couch is living room is not very comfortable but we did not spend much time on it so was not a big deal.

Great summer retreat in the mountains

My husband and I stayed here for two week in August. Place is nicer than shown in pictures. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Place is well stocked and even has goodies from past tenants. Super close to Sunday River Ski Resort where we had fun on the gondola ride. Lots of hiking and Mt Washington is only an hour away. The only things we wished it had is one king sized bed and a privacy fence around the hot tub because it is exposed to the road. Luckily the road isn’t very busy. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

SO clean, SO fun, SO close to everything!

This home has a huge, well-kept yard and fire pit with chairs and a VERY clean hot tub. We played Corn Hole and we napped in the sun after a hike. We played cards on the deck while we grilled our dinner each night. The first full day of our stay was pouring rain, but we just headed down to the basement and had a dart tournament, ping pong matches and even a Super Mario battle! It was like we were kids again. We told our friends it was definitely a place to stay all together. I cannot rave enough about the cleanliness and the linens…those touches make or break a stay and this was just perfect. We also brought our Golden Retriever and he had the perfect hikes, river swims and room back at the house for endless squeaky ball fetch and quiet walks around the quiet, wooded neighborhood. Thank you for such a great stay!
