Nestled in the Foothills of Ahwatukee, this quiet and well maintained home offers an open floor plan with a spacious living room with a leather pull out sofa and recliner and a brand new 55 inch mounted HD smart television. The cozy dining room is just off of the living room and has been outfitted with a new dining set and seating for four. Careful thought was put into the kitchen to ensure guests have everything needed including a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, panini press and crock pot in addition to all major appliances. The laundry room comes with a full size washer and dryer and is located right off the kitchen. The centrally located bathroom has been tastefully updated and includes a walk in shower for ultimate convenience and large plush towels for comfort. The bedroom has been set up for both comfort and convenience and includes a NEW king size pillow top bed with luxurious linens. The walk in closet within the bedroom offers plenty of space to unpack and store luggage and has all the items within needed for lazy days at the pool. There is a fully screened in porch accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings and dinner or cocktails in the evening with a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Enjoyable stay

The property is at good and safe location. The area was quiet. Everything was neat and tidy except the kitchen area. Utensils were not very clean, sticky and stained. I would suggest the property owner to provide extra bed covers/ pillow covers for people who stay long. Based on the ad in Vrbo, I assumed it would be a lake view unit, but I was sad that it was not. Overall, my experience was good living in the unit. The host is really nice. They were very prompt and helpful. Thanks for hosting me.

This property was well suited for our needs. It was clean, very nicely decorated and the hosts were very accommodating for our last minute needs. The bed was comfortable. The living room furniture could have been a little more comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend it for your getaway.
