Nurture your soul where the sand meets the surf when you make Regency Isle 1005 your home base for a beach retreat. Your over-sized balcony provides all the seating for relaxation and dining that you and your family could desire. Tropical decor invites you to sink into the coastal lifestyle for a few days or more. Perks at this two bedroom, two and one-half bath property on the 10th floor include a wet bar with ice maker and tile in the living area. The main bedroom overlooks the beach and has easy access to the balcony, plus a jetted tub and separate shower in the primary bath.

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfection right on the beach

Very home-y, well stocked condo with fabulous view and space! Great communication with property managers- even for silly questions! Reminders: bring your own beach towels but EVERYTHING else you could need is provided! If staying more than 4 nights or have more than a couple people pack extra laundry soap and dishwasher pods- they provide 1 of each so not a must. Coffee maker is traditional pot- we packed filters but they had them. Don't forget your sweetner or creamer if you need it. This unit has 1 researve parking spot on top floor but additional non reserved available on ground floor if needed ( 2nd car may be problematic during peek season) Want great Oysters and seafood near the water? Hop an uber over to Colbalt. Great staff, setting and food Want a great burger? Another quick uber to The Keg! It's well worth it! If Don't like smoke go at non peak times. Walking distance Flora-Bama- go before 6pm to avoid cover changes but fun spot with multiple rooms and live music. Or across street Flora-Bama grill- also good food and good service! Note: pay attention to final price when booking. We got an Amazing deal but not nearly what we expected when choosing originally. Just sayin there are some additional fees. Worth EVERY PENNY! We 100% will book again!

Unit 1005 Regency Isle

The view, clean, well equipped, Good things Bad things: mattress were really bad, TV in the living room did not work, no wi-fi the entire stay, called 4 times with no results. the wi-fi was very important to us.

Winter Break

Very clean and everything worked. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. The outside closet has a lot of beech chairs and floats.

10th floor gulf front condo on perdido key

Nice Property in a great location, and we had a great time! Meyer had packet for check in and office was open 24 hours, which was good as we were after hours arriving. Vacasa checked in with us several times online and by phone. Initially they did not have all the correct answers on liaison with the local Meyer office, but it worked out fine. Condo was not very clean; trash inside in small waste cans amd a few other noticeable cleanliness issues, and when asked by Vacasa, we let them know. Nice, as they told us we would be refunded the cleaning fee. One lamp had an electrical short, so we didn’t use it. Though the Jacuzzi in the master was really nice, it did not turn on, so either we didn’t know how to or it was broken. I forgot to report that. We rarely power ours up at home, so it was no big issue. Plenty of hot water, icemaker in fridge worked great, plus there was an extra one at the wet bar…great! Walking am distance to floraBama, condo right on the beach with outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor pool. Some construction in area but did not affect our stay at all. Everyone seems to have repair ongoing from hurricane last year. Our impact was negligible. Overall, we had a very relaxing time in mid November, with cool nights and warm, sunny days. Thanks for a great time.
