Spring Break Paradise

Pictures seemed to good to be true but are 100% accurate. House is beautiful, extremely well equipped, and family loved the outdoor spaces and of course the pool. Would have preferred to receive check-in instructions prior to our stay instead of exactly at 4pm the day of check-in. Also, we lost hot water in half of the house. They said it would get fixed immediately but never heard back from them and remained broken for the remainder of our stay.

Hello Peter Thanks for your review. Checking my software, I can see the check in instructions were provided to you by email at exactly 6:41 pm pacific time on April 1st ( One day prior to your arrival). You responded at 7:15 pacific time. Looking on April 2nd correspondence, I can see I reach out to you on your arrival time at 3:47pm, and you arrived at 4pm. In regards to the water heater, I did receive a message on April 7th ( 5 days after check-in that there was no hot water on an area of the house). That was checked and resolved within the same day, on my notes I can see water heater was disconnected on the garage. My apologies, and looking forward to having you back. Thanks Hector

Awesome!

New, clean, well appointed luxury home. Huge pool with swim up bar and sunken kitchen area. Large pool and spa with all day sun. Great views and modern decor. Hector was a great host!

Modern Luxury

By far the most luxurious vacation rental our family has ever rented but with a laid back and relaxing vibe. The house is fantastic, the views are stunning, and the pool area was like having your own private resort. We had a great time!

Amazing property

WOW, I have no words to describe the experience at this house, this was the best house that I have ever stayed and I am an avid traveler who has been through out the world! The pool is something that you wont see even at a hotel! At first, I thought the pool was part of the community , then, the manager Hector told me it was the private pool for the house! The master bedroom and master shower its something you cant even find at any luxury hotel, overall an incredible experience never to be forgotten!
