Our guests rave about this beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa in Palmetto Dunes and we think you will, too! Who wouldn't want a vacation home away from home in a 2000-acre oceanfront resort with 3 miles of white sandy beaches, 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, 25 tennis courts, access to Shelter Cove Marina and free transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes via The Dunes Buggy Memorial Day-Labor Day!

1900 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for up to 7 guests. A lovely 2-story entry sets the tone for the main level open floorplan that includes a living area with cozy oversized furnishings, 55" flat screen TV and sliding doors to the deck, a dining area with seating for 6, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and your cooking essentials. The kitchen also features a full-size stackable washer and dryer and access to the storage yard which includes an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach! The enclosed deck includes a patio table with seating for 6+ and grill, perfect for dining outdoors!

Also on the main level is the owners suite featuring a KING size bed, 40" flat screen TV, his and hers closets, a full en suite bath, and access to the deck.

Two lovely guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a Jack N Jill bath. One bedroom offers 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin bed and the other has a KING bed.

Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

Nicely Updated - Squeaky Floor

This is an updated and nicely decorated 3 bedroom unit. No view but still well located, in easy walking distance to tennis, pickleball and golf. We would definitely stay there again. However, the second floor bedroom directly above the main bedroom has a squeaky floor in the center of the room. I don't mean a mild squeak - it is LOUD! It looks like the subfloor has bowed and become detached from the floor joists. It was almost comical as the couple who stayed in that room literally had to walk around the edges of the room near the walls to avoid it. It needs to be repaired badly. I normally wouldn't put this comment in a review but the owner/manager never provided a way to give feedback other than this.

Absolutely Amazing!

This was our first time staying at VRBO and this experience was amazing! The villa was so clean, had everything we needed for our week stay, was so spacious, great location, comfortable and just all around incredible. Will definitely be coming back again. Could not have been happier and no complaints at all! Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable.

Fourth of July Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay and would definitely come again. The unit was quite roomy and clean. It was exactly as advertised. The Palmetto Dunes community is lovely. Parking was challenging during the holiday week. We had only one car but could not park in our building’s lot in the evening on several occasions.
