La Boca Grande Beach House, South Unit è 1/2 di un duplex a un piano. L'unità sud è informale e confortevole. Dispone di due camere da letto, una cucina, un bagno e una combinazione soggiorno / sala da pranzo. La cucina e il bagno sono stati recentemente completamente ristrutturati. C'è un grande portico schermato sul retro della casa. Quando l'intera casa viene affittata dalla stessa parte, le doppie porte possono essere aperte per l'accesso da Sud a Nord. Ogni lato della casa ha un ampio cortile laterale con tavolo, sedie e sedie a sdraio. Puoi scegliere di affittare l'unità Nord o Sud separatamente o l'intera casa.

La casa si trova in una posizione eccezionale in un grande angolo, direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da una spiaggia di 7 miglia con bagni e tavoli da picnic. Si trova all'angolo dello storico faro di Gasparilla. Una breve passeggiata vi porterà nell'incantevole villaggio di Boca Grande con negozi divertenti e ottimi ristoranti. Al Boca Grande Community Center troverai una palestra e un parco giochi per bambini. Non perderti la Johann Fust Library sulla 10th St. dove puoi prendere in prestito libri e film. I campi da tennis e il Friday Farmer's Market (durante la stagione) sono alla fine della nostra strada. La pista da jogging / pista ciclabile di sette miglia corre direttamente davanti alla proprietà.

La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti sceglie di tornare anno dopo anno e la considera la sua "casa lontano da casa". Una volta che sei sull'isola, non hai bisogno di una macchina. I golf cart e le biciclette possono essere noleggiati in città.

Posso consigliare un ragionevole servizio di van per venirvi a prendere nei seguenti aeroporti: Punta Gorda (PGD) 45 min., Aeroporto di Sarasota (SRQ) 1 ora. 20min., Ft. Myers (RSW) 1 ora. 30min., Tampa (TPA) 2 ore, Miami (MIA) 3 ore.

Our family had the best time staying at this house! The house itself was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated! But the very best part is the quick walk to the beach! I had never been to this part of Florida, and the water was incredible! We cannot wait to come back!

Loved the beach, sunsets, climbed the lighthouse, played dominos, farmers market right down the street, walked around town, visited the library & Widdens Marina

Perfect location

This house is only a short walk to town (5-10 min) and a 1 min walk to the beach which is right across the street. Loved this house!!

Lovely beach house

Prefect for a family of 4. Bright and plenty of seating. Very cozy house. Molly was wonderful at communicating. We will plan to stay there again.

Guys trip

We rented this place for a guys weekend. It was perfect with the twin beds. There was plenty of room for us to hang out.

Boca Cottage Perfection

2nd year at this property and will be back again. Across the street from the beach, 15 minute walk to downtown, and it has ample room for a group. Love it.

The beach house is charming and well cared for and in an excellent location. You can walk to the historic lighthouse and into the village right from "home." The owner is always responsive and gracious.

Excellent location, very comfortable and well-equipped home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in an excellent location right across the street from the beach, but also walking distance to town. It is a very clean, comfortable home on a nicely landscaped, large lot. The home was excellent value. We highly recommend it. The owners were very responsive.

Great spot in Boca Grande

The home was exactly what we expected. Perfect for the 4 of us. My two teenager’s and wife loved the location and the island. The home was well equipped and met all of our needs. Molly and Mike were helpful throughout our stay. Will look forward to renting the house again!!

Great Rental Home

We drove, so were able to bring more of our personal items. The house was very clean, the furnishings were in great shape. It had a wonderful enclosed porch, perfect for reading! The home is directly across the street from the beach and the lighthouse. You can be sitting on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to the town and restaurants. Ate at The Pink Elephant, South Beach Grill and Miller's Dockside. All were great! (Check times and dates for seasonal variations).

Clean & great beach access

We came during a busy week so it wasn't as peaceful as we hoped but in terms of the property- it is nicely kept , well stocked & tastefully arranged, although we would have preferred a king in one of the bedrooms rather than all twins

Molly is the best!

Molly is the best! This is our third year Booking this property for Tarpon fishing season. Communication is always spot on with Mollie and we absolutely love the location and flexibility with this particular place. We will keep coming for years and will hope to get to stay here every time.

Wonderful!!

First of all, the hosts of the property are fantastic! Molly & Mike were VERY accommodating and concerned for our well-being during our stay, and we were happy to be able to meet them during our stay. I think the place was the cleanest of any place I have rented, and we really appreciated that the house was well stocked (in the kitchen as well as thoughtful items for personal hygiene.) Quality cotton bedding, coverlets, and towels show that the owners are concerned for their guests' comfort. We really loved the "old Florida" vibe of the place and will definitely be back (if we can get in)!

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live about 1 1/2 hours away and are very "hands on" making sure everythng is clean and in good order for our guests.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private, shaded areas for both the North and South Units. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 min. walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and playground for kids. continue walking to town for great shopping and restaurants.

The house is a duplex. If the entire house (North & South Units) is rented, it will accommodate 8 guests. If one unit is rented, it will accommodate 4 guests.
