La Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit è 1/2 di un duplex a un piano. La casa è informale e confortevole. Dispone di due camere da letto, una cucina, un bagno e una combinazione soggiorno / sala da pranzo. La cucina e il bagno sono stati recentemente completamente ristrutturati. C'è un grande portico schermato sul retro della casa. Quando l'intera casa viene affittata dalla stessa parte, le doppie porte possono essere aperte per l'accesso da Sud a Nord. Ogni lato della casa ha un ampio cortile laterale con tavolo, sedie e sedie a sdraio. Puoi scegliere di affittare l'unità Nord o Sud separatamente o l'intera casa.

La casa si trova in una posizione eccezionale in un grande angolo, direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da una spiaggia di 7 miglia con bagni e tavoli da picnic. Si trova all'angolo dello storico faro di Gasparilla. Una breve passeggiata vi porterà nell'incantevole villaggio di Boca Grande con negozi divertenti e ottimi ristoranti. Al Boca Grande Community Center troverai una palestra e un parco giochi per bambini. Non perderti la Johann Fust Library sulla 10th St. dove puoi prendere in prestito libri e film. I campi da tennis e il Friday Farmer's Market (durante la stagione) sono alla fine della nostra strada. La pista da jogging / pista ciclabile di sette miglia corre direttamente davanti alla proprietà.

La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti sceglie di tornare anno dopo anno e la considera la sua "casa lontano da casa". Una volta che sei sull'isola, non hai bisogno di una macchina. I golf cart e le biciclette possono essere noleggiati in città.

Posso consigliare un ragionevole servizio di van per venirvi a prendere nei seguenti aeroporti: Punta Gorda (PGD) 45 min., Aeroporto di Sarasota (SRQ) 1 ora. 20min., Ft. Myers (RSW) 1 ora. 30min., Tampa (TPA) 2 ore, Miami (MIA) 3 ore.

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. It had everything you could possibly need although we always ate out so didn’t use anything for cooking. It was nice to have it all there though in the event we wanted to cook. Location was amazing right across the street from the lighthouse and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time at the Boca Grande Beach House. Our two week stay was amazing in every way. The location, steps from the beach, along with the quiet surrounding neighborhood, made for a pleasant get away. This VRBO is exactly as advertised. It is DIRECTLY across Gulf Blvd from the lighthouse and beach access. The home is well supplied with all things necessary for beach life, kitchen use, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

Great location and communication

My parents stayed here for a large family event on the island over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic, across the street from the lighthouse and beach, and just a minute from town. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and my parents enjoyed their visit so much. Thank you!

Our January Get-Away from PA

This was a great get-away from the bitter cold of PA. Perfect location that is close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and provides a nice view of the palms and historic lighthouse. This place was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place in Boca to contact Molly and Mike. They are very nice people and provide a very nice vacation rental.

Wonderful beach cottage. Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Check in and communication was perfect. Nice screened porch and outside sitting area as well. We loved the location: quiet with easy beach access about halfway between the pass and downtown Boca Grande. We would definitely return.

Perfect Location!

A wedding brought us to Boca, but Molly & Mike’s place made us want to keep coming back! The home is in the perfect location for the beach, obviously, but also makes trips into town only a half a mile walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay from beach chairs & towels for a beach day to cozy beds at night. The perfect amount of space to for a small group beach trip for any occasion.

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live in FL, about 1 1/2 hrs. away and are very 'hands on' making sure that everything is clean and in good order for our guests.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private shaded areas for each unit. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and a playground for kids. Continue to town for great shopping, restaurants.
