The house is spacious, had everything we needed, it was clean, and pretty well stocked (no shortage of coffee). There's even a reading nook our kids loved! Kitchen is large, with ample work space.
Located about the middle of farmers loop, we ride bicycles to the University, as well as downtown and around Fairbanks. The hill is the only tough part, otherwise the views are stunning.
The only thing we didn't know about is the water: most water isn't from a well. We found out because we ran out of water. But a quick note to our guest, and within an hour a tanker truck pulled up and filled us back up.
Our host was responsive and helped out quickly. I don't think we ever used the TV upstairs, but the one downstairs is not on the network and has no peripherals, so i guess it's BYO (and an hdmi cable) or rabbit ears.
Absolutely recommend this place.
