There is so much to do in South Beach in addition to being just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This villa has lots of beach accents and décor.

Just a few steps down into 1704 Bluff Villa, you will see a beautiful built-in bookcase in the foyer leading out into the main living area. To the left of the entrance, you will feel right at home in this spacious, open living area. The living room has a blue queen sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, two chairs and a 48” flat screen TV and DVD player will keep you entertained if you want to have a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen is situated perfectly with access from the living and dining room. There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and three stools at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room table seats six. The private patio and courtyard have access from the living and dining areas. There is a high-top table that seats four. This tranquil setting is a great place for breakfast or to grill some burgers on the Weber charcoal grill.

Down the hallway, to the right of the entrance, are both bedrooms and baths. The first bedroom has two twin beds, laminate wood floors, a rocking chair and a 22” TV in the armoire. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with the tub/shower combo, where it is easily accessible from the bedroom and the living room. Just another few steps to your left, you will find the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, laminate wood floors, a large closet and a 26” TV in the armoire. The private master bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench seat. In the hall closet you will find the stacked front-loading washer and dryer.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.
