Lovely 2 story home located in Historic Manheim Park! The home has a private parking pad, front porch to enjoy coffee, large stocked kitchen, 2upstairs bedrooms w/ adjoining bathroom, 1 main floor bedroom w/ connecting bathroom, relaxing living room & decorated with the traveler in mind!

The home is located a short drive (10 min or less) to the Country Club Plaza, Brookside, Downtown (P&L District), museums, parks, shops and restaurants. You will love it here!
House is on a steep hill. If you are parking on the street be aware it will be a little steep!

Some houses near by are a little run down. This is a city center neighborhood with diversity. Do not be surprised if you see people walking around. The area is in the process of being updated!

Home is set up for 6 guests but if you want to have more there is an air mattress and couch and will need to be agreed upon in advance.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Smoking inside or outside is prohibited. Any evidence found will result in a fine. If the smoking detector is removed or tampered with, you will be fined.

Furry friends are allowed BUT I must be notified.
