The hidden Gem was specifically designed for a unique and quite getaway built from the ground up during the pandemic for a couple. The Hidden Gem can only house 3 guest at a time as per city ordinance. The L shape structure Has an open look with high ceiling with two sky lights windows, wooden floor with a large island kitchen that took nearly two slabs of granite. A Cindy Crawfords sectional leather sofa, and modlofts Japanese platform king size bed. A large San Juan azul, San Juan blanco porcelain Rustic style Tile ensuite with a 20” overhead rain shower. The en-suite provides all the essential needed for your stay. Shampoo, body wash, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside you can throw a blanket under the stars inside the Sunken deck. Washer and dryer are available for stay longer than 5 days or special request at an xtra fee. Free wifi, PPV, live steaming is available on two smart TVs. A 65” in the living area and a 55” in the bedroom. it’s even equipped with a singtrix karaoke machine which. I can also provide upon request some workout equipment from rowers, a stationary bike, dumbbells. I’m building a pull down machine in the back out of cedar posts , something copied from one of my favorite gyms in Tulums jungle gym in Mx. If you have any questions feel free in contacting me. Solar eclipse 2024

Eclectic...if you're all about the unusual but not real high on function, this place is for you. Security lock screen difficult to use as it was very scratched. Lighting was poor for reading. Remotes for everything. Nice espresso machine but couldn't make just plain coffee. Bed was quite comfortable (wife said she hadn't slept that we'll in a long time...guess I need to buy a new mattress at home). Owner must have been screwed by previous renters as there were more rules than instruction in use of the place. Should have more local tourist info provided. No dish towels (used paper towel). Quiet neighborhood as advertised. The place had quirks but was good overall. We did not use the sunken deck...would have preferred lawn chairs.

Amazing

An amazing location close to downtown. We didn’t have to travel far to get to everywhere we wanted to be. The place itself was nothing short of amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the place an easy find. The host was very communicative and was quick to respond. Would highly rebook.

Ridiculous

Person had the rental double booked. The person did reach out to me on VBRO messenger however I didn’t get a chance to read the message until the day of staying at the vbro. Unfortunately I had to get a last minute hotel. Wish the person would of called me not message and had conversations about what happen. Very upset due to the funds getting taken out of my account. Not being refunded until Monday.

I’m from south Texas in San Antonio for over 25 years. I transitioned from rentals to daily rentals. It was always something that eventually wanted to do. At the end of April I will be launching my second rental by owner. It will be located on the same property which is ideal for larger tamiles. I will be have either one available or both together so basically three postings. A gym in the back is under ways as well as a small studio.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Large sunken deck that connect both units, again a jungle gym in the works in the back as well as a karaoke machine, singtrix. I’m also working on an outside projector with a large screen for the sunken deck and this place is equipped with FREE PPV IN THE LIVING ROOM.
