Family Trip
We picked this house specifically for its location close to Peoria sports complex for spring training as well as the house size and the pool and hot tub. Location was great, house was big and accommodated is well. We were bummed there were no card games or board games of any kind that many vacation homes we have stayed at in the past have had. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the hot tub was broken, it never went about 80 degrees during our stay and it was dirty and the lining was broken/cracked. We had asked if the pool was heated and were told before booking that they were working on it but there was no guarantee and it was indeed maybe 50 degrees, but we expected that. We let the property manager know right away that the hot tub was not broken and were told someone would be out to repair it, but no one ever showed and so we were not able to use neither the pool or hot tub during our trip. There were no apologies or attempts to remedy the situation further. We asked if we could have a later check out time and the property manager did not even bother to respond back to us. All in all, our trip was fun but not because of this property and I unfortunately would not recommend it to anyone based on our experience.
