A furnished deck and private balconies are just the beginning - there's a foosball table in the front game room calling your name! Unwind together in front of the gas fireplace with a board game or two, because what's a trip to the coast without board games? The desk workspace upstairs is perfect for if someone needs to complete some remote work before heading out to the beach. If you're just coming back, enjoy soaking sore muscles in the jetted tub upstairs. The incredibly spacious full kitchen features deluxe appliances and a prep island with room for three guests to enjoy a casual meal together. Gather around the backyard firepit and watch the stars come out as the sun goes down - the ocean is always just a short walk away.

Each bedroom of this home lies upstairs, so there's no need to worry about noise from downstairs waking anyone up. Once you reach the top of the stairs, the first and main bedroom of the house is straight ahead. This gorgeous room features a private balcony, a ceiling fan, and a deluxe en suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower and a jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom lies just past the desk workspace to the right and features a fun nautical theme. The third and fourth bedrooms of the home lie at the very end of the hall, each featuring framed photography of the Oregon Coast and a private entrance to the balcony on that side. The full bathroom across the hall (featuring a shower/tub combination) can serve the needs of these guests.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
