Upstairs has 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with full bed and also a half bath. (No worries, you can use one of the two downstairs baths with showers or forgo those and use the beautiful outdoor shower with hot and cold water after your day on the beach!)

Ground level has additional outdoor sitting area with with sofa, table and chairs, picnic table, and outdoor shower. Here you will find utility shed with beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, corn hole boards, beach toys and large beach cart to carry everything over to the beach!
