You'll enjoy amenities that are perfect for any family, including oceanfront swimming pools and kiddie pools, a fitness center, a day dock, and a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool and lighted tennis courts located on the sound side of the complex.

The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don’t forget the courtyard has grills for preparing burgers or steaks as well. What great dinner conversations you'll have after a fun-filled day at the beach or other area attractions!

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a wet bar, three TVs, a VCR, free WiFi, a screened porch off the living room, a balcony off the primary bedroom, and an excellent pool and tennis view.

Good location

This condo was across the street from the beach but the building is the closest to get there. It was a short walk and there is a flashing pedestrian crossing light to help ensure safety to cross. There is a very nice pool behind the condo and a walking path to the sound. There is a Dollar General store right next door to pick up any items you need, including food and adult beverages. It is a short drive to a grocery store, shopping and several restaurants. We spent a few days there with our son and daughter-in-law and two granddaughters and there was just the right amount of rooms, beds and bathrooms to accommodate us and be comfortable. We all enjoyed the beach VERY much. The beach at the Island Beach Racquet Club had the most shells of any place along the beach.

Great place!

My family had a wonderful time. Across the street from the beach, a nature trail and pier, convenient and near restaurants and grocery store. Only small issue with the beds. Beds weren't the most comfortable but overall everything was great

Nice but cheap

This is a nice property that was clean and safe. The price was reasonable but there were no linens for the beds. No towels, wash clothesbor hand towels. No dish towels or garbage bags. I have rented several other properties and never experienced this. The owner said it was because of covid but that was 4 years ago. Just feels cheap to me.
