LIVING AREA

High ceilings and a wall of windows on each side of the living area create a warm welcoming vibe. Two sofas and an armchair provide ample seating around the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When you’re ready to eat, serve up your tasty creations at the eight-person table. The kitchen bar seats an additional four.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 13 guests in four bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the first suite, boasting a king bed, TV, and direct access to the canal-front patio. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

In the second suite, find another king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, appointed with a queen and twin bed. Around the corner, the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Detached from the house with a private entrance is a fourth bedroom, complete with a laundry room. This sleeping space has two twin-over-full bunk beds. Please note there is no attached bathroom to this bedroom.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Outdoor space abounds at this waterfront wonder.

Tie up your boat at the private 25' dock after a fun-filled day on the water, and enjoy the views on the partially covered patio -- complete with ample seating and alfresco dining.

The outdoor kitchen provides a large concrete bar, a double sink, and a built-in 40” propane grill. Right next door, the cabana offers a tropical bar -- perfect for concocting drinks and playing Jenga.

Two furnished balconies offer even more outdoor space -- one of which overlooks the canal.

Your stay also includes year-round access to an unheated pool, located about a mile away.

The main home has a two-story layout. The detached cabana has a single-story layout.

LOCATION

Head out on the canal and enjoy quick access to Little Bay. Known for great fishing and beautiful views, this popular urban cove features a waterfront park and public beach.

The wide stretch of sand at Rockport Beach is also minutes away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
