Welcome to your home away from home. Relax at our modern remodeled apartment that is in a great location in the heart of Tempe. ASU is within walking distance, as are stores and restaurants. There is also a free bus, Orbit, for your convenience, to get around Tempe.

We are far enough away from the crowds to avoid the noisy bar traffic, yet close enough to enjoy the activities, should you choose to do so.

The Space:
This apartment is in a small complex, on a side street in the heart of Tempe. It is modern and updated. You can enjoy the comforts of home while away.



It is close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and coffee!

Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the heart of Tempe, close to ASU! Tempe is a bustling college town, full of people and activity!

Getting Around:
There is a light rail within a few blocks.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace, which is only 2.2 miles away. ASU stadium is 1.3 miles away. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 7.7 miles away.

There is a free Orbit bus or the Valley Metro public bus is available as well.

You can also easily grab a scooter or bike and use Bird or Razor app and be on your way instantly, as there are many of them around just waiting for you.

Other Things to Note:
NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live in the area, but are always available by message or phone and can stop by, should the need arise.
