Appears high end but definitely not

Absolutely modern which appears nice but is not comfortable. Needs a lot more basic items in the kitchen. Don’t plan to bake or cook anything that requires measuring. Big miss is it needs a least 1 wall clock. The microwave doesn’t even have one. My watch died so I felt lost. Only mirror is the small one in the bathroom. This unit has tons of potential. It only has a Nespresso but you can purchase coffee in the lobby. The pillows were way to tall/fluffy for me. I am use to a lower pillow for my neck to be even. Bring your own.😊. Hopefully the owner will invest in his investment. Best sunset view from the roof!! Even saw a couple bats which we loved. I did have one of those flying roaches land on my shirt. Super surprised since it is on the 33rd floor.

Great Stay!

Perfect location to enjoy the nightlife on Rainey! Super nice building and unit was stylish and had an amazing view. Very clean and comfortable.

Just as advertised!

Great space and price. Clean, new, safe, secure, roomy, and with a good view towards the east and lake. If you have a choice between this apartment and a hotel room, for similar $, hands down stay here.

Great Nest in the Sky

I loved my stay at Natiivo and wish I could have stayed longer. I felt so relaxed and refreshed. The room and neighborhood were awesome!

Room was Nice

We loved our stay in our room. The pool, which was really 50% of the reason we came was so crowded you could hardly move. This was expected however I would warn families, this probably isn’t the place for you. You MUST valet ($40.00 per night) and on Sunday graying to leave is a zoo with very few attendants.
