Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was above par all the way around. Fully stocked Kitchen, very modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. The Condo Building has all the amenities you could ask for, Fitness center, Sauna, Hot Tub, Infinity Pool. Plus the ability to rent space to grill and have cookouts, watch movies or have a game night. The location is close to so many shops and eateries. Last but not least, Happy Vacation and Rita have the absolute best customer service and communication. That really made this whole experience a breeze. 100% recommend this Property to anyone visiting the Island.

Overdue on maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building is beautiful and staff are wonderful, but our individual apartment was in need of some deep cleaning and/or maintenance updates. There was a pretty bad, strong smell coming out of the sink, likely due to the disposal not being deep cleaned for a long time. Same problem with dishwasher. The smells were pretty strong throughout the apartment. Same with toilet. We purchased cleaners for all three of these - disposal, dishwasher, and toilet- and it masked the problem somewhat but wasn’t an actual fix. Just seems like the apartment, which again is very nice, isn’t being maintained at all. This is our second time staying here and I think we probably won’t come back, as there are other units in the building that might be better cared for, or just other options that are more maintained.
