Needs some work

The hot tub didn’t work properly and we had to call for it to be fixed, no one came until it started massively flooding, pouring water onto the wires. Also there is a missing rail on the balcony. The window seal was rotten out in the middle window of the cabin. However the location is great and the resort workers are very friendly and helpful when you call!! We will stay in the same resort again.

Awesome views

This cabin has great views of the Smokies including Mount LeConte. Some of the pictures on this site were not quite accurate, but mostly as described. The service and communication with the office is great. The jacuzzi did not work, but they were kind enough to offer a credit for it. They do not supply coffee filters for the coffee maker so you might want to bring your own. It is nestled on the mountain side away from the city but still within a few minutes drive. Overall a great stay, would recommend to others.
