The Beach Hangar – Luxury Retreat in Village of Tannin

The Beach Hangar home is a luxurious yet cozy retreat in the charming Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, AL. The area features brick paver streets, white picket fences, palm trees, and the beautiful nature of Gulf State Park in the backyard.

The house features an open main floor plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a primary suite. Upstairs are two more king bedrooms, each with its full bathroom and an open area with nautical-themed twin beds. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in beds and two more with the queen-size sleeper sofa on the main level. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs. There's a half bathroom downstairs next to a full laundry room for added convenience.

The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line finishes, such as stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and quartz countertops, along with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, blender, beautiful dishes, pots and pans, and a large pantry to store your items or food. The owner has also provided an iron & ironing board, high chair & pack & play for your convenience.

The Beach Hangar is just a short walk from the beach (1/3 mile) and has its own deeded beach access to the white sand. There's also an Olympic-sized community pool (located one lot away) for you to enjoy. The Back Country trails, perfect for biking, walking, nature, and photo opportunities, are less than a 1/2 mile away (with the closest trailhead located behind the neighborhood). The owner has included several bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon for your enjoyment! 

A few other essential things to keep in mind:

**There is a ring camera located at the front door. 
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
**You will need to complete a registration form upon booking.
**There's a 4-car maximum, and no trailers, boats, or RVs are permitted.
**Please read the "Bike Rules" in the Crye*Leike Red book on the property.

Orange Beach has a firm noise ordinance after 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. The Orange Beach police patrol the area, and we have full-time neighbors who will notify the rental management company of any significant disturbances. We want you to enjoy your vacation but also ask that you be respectful of other neighbors.
