Welcome to our one-of-a-kind 1-bedroom loft, perfect for short or long-term stays for up to 2 guests. Located inside the historic John Deere Warehouse, this unique space features stunning open-beam metal ceilings and exposed sprinkler systems that add to its industrial charm. The living room is spacious and relaxing, with access to a large balcony and tall East-facing windows that provide plenty of natural light.

This loft is perfect for those looking for a unique and comfortable stay in a historic building.

Enjoy all the amenities of home and the convenience of a downtown location:

✦ You are booking the entire Loft.

✦ TV and Internet: Stay entertained with high-speed 300 Mbps internet and a large 55-inch Smart Curve TV with complimentary Netflix.

✦ Parking: Parking is a breeze with 1 heated underground stall included in your booking. The stall measurements are 8ft W x 18ft L and maximum clearance for underground access is 6’ 9”. For larger vehicles, a visitor area is available behind the building (back alley), and the guest is responsible for payment. Paid public parking is available on the street or paid private parking in front of the building.

✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean countertops, cabinetry, and basic appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.

✦ Bathroom: Full 4-pieces bathroom equipped with fresh towels, hair dryer, and dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll even find Q-tips and facial cotton pads for your convenience.

✦ Office/Workstation: Ideal for students and working professionals. You will also have access to a larger monitor with HDMI cable to connect your laptop.

✦ Laundry: Do you have some laundry to do? No problem! We have a washer and dryer available for you to use, and we'll even provide detergent.

✦ Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

✦ Our guests have full access to all rooms and amenities within the loft
✦ There are 3 ways to access the building: through the front entrance, the back-alley doors, or via the underground parking area.

Location Description:

Set in Edmonton's historic warehouse district, Seventh Street Lofts has a scale and industrial character that is compatible with its surroundings. The project consists of two converted historic brick warehouses and a contemporary steel and glass infill which creates an elegant, contemporary link between the two.

Nestled in the Warehouse District, these downtown lofts were converted in 2001 and renovated in 2004. They feature rustic and modern finishes that are appealing and inviting in their design.

The street-friendly infill offers exterior entries with direct access to the street and lane, and translucent glass entry courts that reinforce a sense of openness

Other Things to Note:

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦
This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.

✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

To gain initial access to the building, you will need to use a QR code with the intercom system.

Detailed check-in instructions, including both the QR and Smart Lock codes, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

The condo is located in downtown Edmonton, and you may hear some traffic noise.

As a vibrant and diverse community, downtown is home to a variety of residents, including some who may be homeless. Please be aware of your surroundings.

There is a fire station located two blocks south of the building. In the event of an emergency, you may hear sirens.

✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There is ONE OUTDOOR security camera located at the loft main door, only to monitor outdoor activity. This device will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
4. The common areas of the building are under 24-hour surveillance. There are multiple security cameras throughout the building.

This was a perfect experience for me. Communication was great, unit was clean and modern and was quiet, event though there was construction in front street. I didn’t hear a thing. Would stay there for sure again.

Concert Stay
What a great loft, the open plan made it so large. Had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. The location for Rogers Center is perfect, and within walking distance to so much. Note on parking, a four door half ton short box does not fit in the provided parking stall as it is too long. The outside oversize parking is not terrible, $10 for 24 hours, and is web based and very convenient. We will definitely be looking to stay there the next time we are in Edmonton.

Great Location
The property was very cute and exactly what we were looking for. It was close to our venue and nice and relaxing. Even managed to get some laundry done after our vacation.
