White sandy beach & the humming of the waves. The unit is updated and decorated with a beachy decor - Gorgeous wood laminate flooring throughout -Updated kitchen with
quartz counters and all the amenties- Full Kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils & dishes- The living room is furnished with cushy furniture and a large TV- Futon if there is an extra guest- The master has a king size bed with plush bedding, Large Flat screen & walk in closet - The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with cozy bedding & Flat screen - There are 2 full baths. One by each bedroom- There is a Full Size Washer & Dryer in the unit- Also some beach chairs to take down to the beach along with Beach towels - Gulf shores has a Heated Pool! Fantastic location!! Directly on the beach!! Watch the sunset from your balcony! Neighboring towns - Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach & Treasure island have great Restaurants & Shopping! Just minutes away!! So much to see and enjoy- About 45 min from Tampa Airport- Come check out the White sandy beaches! Gulf shores has a Min 30 day rental -Rentals start on the 1st and end on the 30th.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. All new appliances, full size washer/dryer and comfortable beds. It is right on the beach and you can watch the sunsets from your balcony or living room chair. Lots of restaurants close by. The owners quickly responded to any questions. Just the perfect place.

A bit of Paradise!

Where to start...from the moment we entered the unit we knew this was a special place! The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The bed linens were clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Our daughter and her girlfriend stayed for several days and informed us that one of the twin beds was a temper-pedic massage bed that they took turns sleeping in. Location, location, location...The unit was located between Gulf Blvd and the Golf of Mexico beach. Everyday there was the most beautiful sunset and during the day/evening enjoyed the sound of the surf. The beach allowed us to begin our day with a walk along the shore. There also was a pool for those not interested in tipping their toes in the Gulf. We could also enjoy our coffee on the screened in balcony. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping along Gulf Blvd. Needless to say we are looking forward to spending another season here!!!
