Nice getaway

Nicely remodeled cozy home with a nice sized backyard for your dog. All of the amenities of home. Nice walk in shower too. Everything was spotless! When we had a problem the host was right on it.

Great location

The property is in a great location. Close to Fort Lauderdale beach and all shopping needs. Private fenced in back yard was great for our dogs.

Our Dog enjoyed the yard

Text listing to receive the code on the day we were arriving. Had to call to get the code. Also the lock system had a low battery it was fixed but the system would sound an alarm all times of the day and or night. The property was dirty . owner arranged to have a cleaning lady to come in she was there all day. We had to find something to do with our dog so we would not be in her way. I felt the pictures and description was false photo shopped. Living room furniture was old and worn. As for the location ok but the neighborhood is in transition. I was disappointed but what could I do. My husband and myself were looking forward to the warm weather and be a tourist for the month.

Clean and comfortable

Property was as listed, clean and comfortable. The yard was fully fenced for the dog. Very private. Close to everything.

Clean and convenient, super pet-friendly

I stayed at this property with my two fur-babies over Christmas 2022 to visit family in the area who cannot have dogs in their condo. My experience was very different than the previous review, so I feel it is important to say that this house was spotless on my arrival. I was a little skeptical based on the other review, but the place really does look exactly as it does in the photos. Stephenie was very communicative and despite it being the holiday she was on top of everything, and I had no issues at all. There are two totally separate houses on this lot, but the lot is large and each one has a completely separate fenced yard and still feels very private. The yard is even more spacious than it looks in the photos and the fence is in great shape and 6 foot all around, very secure for the pups. All of the TVs are smart TVs and the wireless is plenty fast to stream movies. I was happy to find out the heat worked well during the "cold snap" of 42 degrees overnight. The location is convenient to Route 1 and I-95 so you can get anywhere in the area quickly. It is not the fanciest neighborhood around, but I'm not particular about that as I really only needed a home base for visiting friends and family. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.
