House is great, Vacasa is meh
Loved the property. Overall I can not say I had any complaints about the property itself. Clean, pretty, close to Sugar Mountain and the store (Food Lion).
The home was clean, but there were no towels in the home. We did a late check in, so we were not able to have the problem rectified until the next day.
Love that I can text when there is an issue, but I hate that it takes hours for a response. I hate that there is no solution for overnight emergencies.
The Vacasa staff on the phone was very nice, but unfortunately not very helpful. I was told they were trying to get someone out to bring us towels since the home had none, although they were supposed to. I called back later because no one had arrived and was told they would t be able to come til the next day. After driving all day, I just wanted to shower and sleep, but unfortunately could not shower because someone neglected to provide the towels as promised when they prepared the home.
