Renovated with new LVP flooring and new sliding doors. Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Overall stay in was wonderful. Relaxing and fun. Condo was nice and roomy. Only downfall was that the pool was closed for maintenance 4 days of our week stay

Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!!

The property is really beautiful very well kept the staff at the gate are very courteous 3 pools indoor and outdoor a fitness center on site park food within walking distance it’s plenty to do for the entire family and the location is perfect!!!

Had a amazing stay the property was very clean and well kept stocked with everything you needed the property accommodated my whole family the grounds were well maintained and beautiful short distance to the beach and restaurants definitely recommend for your family vacations and I will be booking again soon

Good location.

It was great location in Myrtle Beach … close to all amenities, a 15 minute walk to the beach through a lovely gardened walk and but not in the bustling area … so very quiet! Centrally located for good golfing!

We loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described, and the location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach. We had no issues other than a lack of hot water on our first night, but this problem was addressed immediately.

Such an amazing getaway!!!

This property was perfect for my family of 5! We were comfortable and relaxed our entire weekend! I'll definitely be back to stay soon! Perfect escape to hang with family after a day on the beach. I'll definitely recommend this to friends that are looking for a peaceful weekend in Myrtle Beach.

I rented this unit for our adult children to use during our annual Spring Break vacation. Our oldest decided to propose to his girlfriend on the beach! We had a great week the unit was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Facts

Property was clean. Interior clean. Both good points. Needs way less furniture in rooms in comparison to the size of rooms. Restroom needed on main floor.Pictures not goodof descriptor of actual interior. Way too many steps. Beds too soft. Restrooms very small. Master bath commode some flushing problems. Probably would not stay in this house again. Needs an upgrade!

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
