Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our cottage on Sturgeon Lake. The sandy beach, outdoor living space with dining furniture, lounge chairs and grill is an excellent spot for families with small children. Hammock, canoe, stand up paddle boards, raft, swing and more make for loads of family fun. Two (2) KM from downtown Fenelon Falls and close to two area golf courses. Excellent fishing, great hiking and biking trails.

Beautiful Cottage

We had a wonderful mini vacation at the cottage. The cottage was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts, Charmin and Bruce were delightful,l and very friendly. My family really enjoyed the getaway and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

A wonderful cottage getaway with amazing hosts!

The beach house cottage was the perfect place for our family vacation. The cottage and property were very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week at beautiful Sturgeon Lake. Nearby Fenelon Falls is a great place to grab a bite or some ice cream by the locks. Bruce and Charmin were also wonderful hosts who were always happy to help and a pleasure to chat with. We hope to return again soon!

Escape oasis

Hosts were incredible, very hospitable! We were taken on a boat ride, our five year old grandson was in heaven! Very clean cottage, picturesque views!

An Amazing Location Great For Kids

When were were looking for places to stay, the picture of the little beach caught my eye right away. I knew this was the spot and it delivered. The kids loved the little sandy beach with NO WEEDS. It was shallow and had the floating dock. We swam every day. We used the paddle boards and beach toys. Bruce and Charmin were amazing hosts (they live in the house next-door). We chatted with them every day and they take amazing pride and care with their property. The cottage had a ton of amenities and Bruce was kind enough to video chat with us before we arrived so he could show us first hand what was available. Very kid friendly with lots of toys kids life jackets and a safe atmosphere. The beach house was very close to the water making it super convenient. We used the massive bbq every night. Fenelon Falls is a 4 minute drive up the road where you can watch the boats at the locks and have some ice cream or get any supplies you might need. We would definitely stay there permanently!

As Advertised!!

We had a lovely 4 days at the cottage. The host went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean, well equiped and very comfortable for our family. The small sandy beach provided lots of fun for our grandson. The boat ride provided by our host was a much appreciated gesture!! Would definitely recommend!

Great Getaway

Really enjoyed our short break at this lovely cottage on Lake Cameron. The place did not disappoint & our hosts could not of been more helpful in ensuring us a great stay going up and beyond with a great boat ride!

Wonderful mid-week getaway

I booked this cottage at the last minute for a mid-week (Monday-Thursday) family getaway and it didn't disappoint. The cottage itself is spacious, stocked with amenities, very clean and comfortable. It's also located quite close to downtown Fenelon Falls, which made grocery shopping convenient. We had one full day of rain and still had a decent time indoors enjoying a variety of board games and DVDs that were on-hand. The private sand beach is steps from the back door. The water is quite shallow and weed-free — perfect for swim days with small children. We had a blast using the provided stand-up paddle boards and water toys. Fishing from the dock with worms is a lot of fun for kids — we caught approximately 50 small rock bass, sunfish and perch over three days. The owners, Bruce and Charmin, live next door and are very nice. They were helpful with any questions I had about the cottage and surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at The Beach House and would happily rent it again in the future. Recommended for a family cottage getaway.
