I'm sorry to hear you didn't stay to enjoy our ocean views or use the unit, but we'll pass you comments on to 312's owner, who gets to decide if they're ready to replace the mattresses. However, each unit is individually owned and unique, and beds are very much a matter of preference. If you ever decide to give this location another chance, I hope you find a room with beds that work better for you! Thank you for understanding that as an older building, water temperatures can fluctuate at times with use. Also, while we are not a hotel, we are happy to provide a starter pack of supplies to help guests have time to settle in before needing to venture out for more! We are so happy to hear that otherwise you found the room to your satisfaction and were comfortable during your stay. The ocean view and central location are what sets D Sands apart, and Unit 312 "Beach and Chong" is no exception!
