The house was very clean and well stocked for the adults and the children. The views from the top deck were beautiful. We were very grateful that the house was child friendly, and offered assistance like a highchair and a booster seat.

This place was fantastic for my kids and bringing along the grandparents! We love Topsail and we will for sure stay at this house again! Donna was a great host and responded quickly with any questions I had!

Beautiful place right on the beach. Donna thought of all the little extras to make it feel like home... Coffee bar, soft linens provided, spices, and very comfortable beds. The hot tub was a bonus. Getting on the beach was easy which is saying a lot since the ocean keeps moving sand. I highly recommend her place and it is within a short driving distance to anything you might need or want to do. Be aware ( as she mentions in her listing) that there are lots of stairs. The only set of stairs that were the least bit hard are the ones leading to the front door.. After that, not a problem. We took our 93 year old Mom and she got around just fine as long as we put the light on over the front door.

What a great house with a great location! It was perfect for our family, and with a very well equipped kitchen, and lots of beach toys and chairs to use! We even got to see some dolphins too.

The house was perfect for our family Christmas beach getaway and a great place to relax and recover. Amazing views of the ocean while relaxing and having coffee on the balcony while dolphins passed by every morning.

A great duplex on the beach. We stayed for a week in June and the beach was not overcrowded at all. Incredible ocean views from the deck. Donna was very responsive and we enjoyed it very much. Kitchen was amply supplied with everything you need but the food. The hot tub was a hit. Would definitely rent again.

Phenomenal stay for families with young kids

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachcomber! Surf City has become a favorite for our family. The home had everything we needed from beach toys to toddler dishes to high chairs and a pack n play. Being able to run back and forth to the beach cut way down on the typical chaos of leaving the house with young children. We could keep an eye on our 4 year old while he ran back to the house with his "treasures". The warm outdoor shower helped keep sandy mess to a minimum. We would be happy to stay here again - in fact we are already looking to book our next trip!

Another great week at Topsail!

We had a great time and the house was in a perfect location! We were able to walk to dinner and get ice cream multiple evenings and really enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Location

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home. The hot tub was a nice bonus for us! Place was clean and kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Great location, close to restaurants and has direct beach access! Would recommend for friends or family.

Just perfect! Had everything we needed!

What a perfect stay and beautiful beach. We loved the sunrises, all the wildlife, including diving pelicans and a pod of dolphins! This was the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was labeled and organized so well. Beds were very comfy! And the town was very cute too :).
