Welcome to our cozy home, located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona! Please note that there are two similar-sounding streets in the area.

Our property is perfectly situated for easy access to all of Phoenix's top attractions. We're just a 15-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Downtown Phoenix is only 13 minutes away, where you'll find a variety of entertainment and dining options. The beautiful Camelback Mountain Trailhead is only a 20-minute drive away, offering scenic hiking and stunning views of the surrounding area. And if you're traveling with children, the Phoenix Zoo is just a 20-minute drive from our doorstep.

Hello lovely guests! We want to make sure you have all the information you need to fully enjoy your stay with us. Please note that we take great care of our property to ensure it is in tip-top shape for your enjoyment.

Our lawn care team will be stopping by every other Monday between 10AM and 12PM to keep our beautiful grounds looking pristine. You may catch a glimpse of them out and about, but don't worry - they won't disrupt your stay.

In addition, our pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday between 10AM and 12PM. Please note that while the pool is being serviced, it may be unusable for the remainder of the day due to chemical balancing. And, just a friendly reminder - the pool filter hose must remain in the pool at all times to keep everything running smoothly. We kindly ask that you help us keep our property in top shape by not removing it. If it is found that the hose has been removed, there will be a steep fine.

Lastly, while our beautiful fireplace is a wonderful addition to our home, it is not available for guest use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

And one more note - please keep in mind that our pool is not heated. But don't worry - there are still plenty of ways to have fun during your stay with us!
