Elegance & beauty await you at this amazing home! As you walk in you will be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a 55” Samsung smart TV, luxurious cloud sofa and stunning decor. The living room features plenty of seating for you to relax, as well as an Xbox One with tons of games. Following the living room you’ll find the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully updated and is equipped with a Keurig coffee station, tea bar, and everything necessary to cook a delicious meal. The fridge is stocked with an assortment of complimentary beverages too! Upstairs you will find both bedrooms. Both queen sized beds are draped in ultra soft 100% cotton sheets and duvets to ensure a wonderful night’s sleep. Relax in style with the added bonus of plush bath robes provided in each bedroom for your enjoyment! USB docks, iPhone and Android chargers are also provided. The luxurious bathroom is stocked with all of the essentials—spa grade organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. - First bedroom -
Relax into the night in the queen sized top of the line Signature Sleep® pillow top mattress draped in cotton Lacoste sheets and a luxurious duvet. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers and two plush bathrobes for your enjoyment! Two rollaway beds are also provided to sleep 2.

- Second bedroom -
Cozy and stylish! Features a super comfy queen sized Zinus® memory foam mattress fitted with luxury cotton Lacoste sheets and duvet. The closet has plenty of space and hangers for your clothing, and has two plush bathrobes to use during your stay!

- Living room -
A great space for unwinding. There is a gorgeous cloud sofa and modern accent chair. The 55" Samsung Smart TV is loaded with all of your favorite subscription services and basic local channels. You can even stream to the TV directly from your smartphone! Chill out and enjoy playing the Xbox One with tons of different games for the whole family!

- Kitchen -
The brand new kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking! Newly updated with high end finishes and fully equipped with a four burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and tea station. An assortment of beverages are provided free of charge for you to enjoy during your stay! The kitchen is stocked with knives, plates, spoons, forks, and pots/pans.

- Bathroom -
Upstairs you will find the bathroom stocked with premium spa-grade organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, makeup wipes, cotton swabs and other necessities.

- Parking -
There is ample off street parking available for free. There's a driveway and parking pad right out front of the house that can fit up to 3 cars!

- Washer/Dryer -
The basement features a brand new washer and dryer with all detergent provided for your convenience.

- Steps -
This is a house and requires you to walk up a flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms upstairs, totaling 12 steps.

Guests have access to the entire home. This is not a shared space. The house is equipped with a brand new smart lock, so you will have convenient keyless access 24/7!

Located in the quiet suburb of Greentree in the South Hill's of Pittsburgh, many fabulous restaurants and shopping are less than a 10 minute drive from the house. The neighborhood is central to all of the city's most popular attractions!

Worst VRBO Experience Ever

I've used VRBO quite a few times, but this was by far the worst experience that I've ever had. The property wasn't ready when I was supposed to check in, it wasn't clean and it is very poorly maintained. In addition, communication with the property owner was terrible. She was slow to respond to texts and on multiple occasions she promised to send maintenance to fix something, and on multiple occasions maintenance failed to show up. The parking situation was awful and the property is next to a very busy road - which means it's very loud. The house is old and the air flow made sleeping upstairs on a hot night insufferable. We were hoping for a comfortable and convenient spot for a long term stay. What we got was a shoddy house with a property owner who didn't much care for the comfort of her tenants. Very disappointing experience.

Great spot close to Pittsburgh

Cute, comfortable, close and clean property with fresh interior. Slight glitch was attended to by the host cheerfully and quickly ( great communication). Easy access to downtown (less than10 minutes).

Modern home in great location.

The house has been recently renovated and is modern inside. I could tell as soon as I walked in that it had been cleaned as well. The beds were comfortable and the layout was nice. However, the description stated that there were 3 parking spots with a parking pad. When I messaged the host to get the code to the front door, I was confused when she mentioned that I should park to the left of the driveway. We had two cars total staying at this time. When we got up in the morning, my husband was approached by the neighbor lady and told that he’s not allowed to park on the right side of the parking spot. It was not clearly defined as two separate parking spots, does not appear to be a shared driveway, VERY confusing. Then the neighbor proceeded to put a “NO PARKING” sign up. Very awkward. The only other spot to park was a tiny spot in front of the house. This house is located on a winding hill on a very busy street. I was scared my new van would get sideswiped. Also, I was very scared getting my kids in/out of the van because the parking spot was so tiny and cars were wizzing by. The windows in our bedroom weren’t sealed; it was so loud at night, I kept waking up from cars driving by. The bedrooms were very hot compared to the downstairs living area (HVAC issue). The windows didn’t have curtains so the sun shining through got my kids up at daybreak (too early). There wasn’t enough toilet paper so I messaged the host. She was quick to respond. There was more toilet paper and the rollaway bed (a broken cot that was taped up) in the basement . That’s where the washer was, but it looked like they were using this area for renovation supply storage. The garbage cans outside were overflowing the first day we arrived. There was trash all over the yard and underneath the deck stairs. The man that came to mow the grass on Saturday kindly helped clean up the trash but the cans were still overflowing. There wasn’t a binder or paper with a check-out policy. I did my best to clean up before I left.
