We absolutely loved our time spent in Emerald Isle and this beautiful property. It was exactly as listed and very clean. I loved the easy walk to the beach and sitting on the deck hearing the ocean. Lovely, quiet neighborhood to walk in and easy walking access to the shops right outside the neighborhood. I needed to contact the host and he quickly replied. I would absolutely rent this property again next trip to Emerald Isle.

Plenty of space, loved the porch. Kitchen stocked well. Grill was not usable. Has beach chairs, easy walk to beach.

Great property cannot beat the proximity to the Beach! Grandchildren basically spent a week in the water boogie boarding etc...., Mini-Golf and other fun activities an easy drive/walk up the street. Biked to the point only had to transit a side road then a bike path about a 4 mile trip to and from. Great layout for two families with small children, interior space has good appliances, layout. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nice updated home in a quiet cul-de-sac with beach access across the street. You can hear the ocean from the front porch but its a great home for a family vacation.

Everything was terrific for our family holiday stay. Beautiful morning sunrises. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen and some bedrooms have a partial ocean view. Grocery stores was a very short distance away. There was a also a small area that everything you need (movie theater, bar/lounge, clothing stores and breakfast cafe) all located next to grocery stores.The hosts are very sweet and responsive. I will definitely stay there again.
Late December, 50 to high 60 degrees.

The stay was very nice and communication with the home owners was always quick and easy.

They helped with splitting our receipts and made sure we didn’t need anything else. It was an enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone going to stay in the area.

Amazing, vscation spot. Large enough for 3 families! Two second walk to the beach access. The large over hang on the pouch, lets you stay out all day and night with out getting too hot or wet from a stray shower. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we come down next year to look for a home.

Modern, clean gem @ Emerald Isle!

We had a wonderful stay! Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to grocery store, restaurants & activities. Less than 2 min walk to beach access! Lovely, large front porch & fantastic kitchen. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed for a long weekend. The house has been updated nicely and the house is stocked with everything. Great location to beach and also to local amenities. Great house. Will book again!!

Close to beach access

This is a wonderful property close to the beach access. The home itself is beautifully redone and updated. There was complementary shampoo and conditioner which I thought was a classy touch. The linens were very luxurious. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice house, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location really can’t be beat…seriously 1 min to the beach access. The house had plenty of beach chairs to use, all linens were provided and there were beach towels (though we had brought our own). Communication with the owners was easy and they were always quick to respond.
