Gorgeous condo with amazing strip view located in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley, 1 mile to the world- famous Strip, 1 block to the Palms Resort and Rio Hotel and Casino. A 24- hour guard gated security with Pool, Fitness Center and Jacuzzi. Fully furnished turnkey, incl: all housewares, washer and dryer, towels and linens. A Complete full- size kitchen. towels and linens, cable, TV and high speed WIFI internet. ***NON SMOKING UNIT

This is a self check in unit, our guests will receive a door code prior to check in time.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing location, less than 5 minutes away from the STRIP! conveniently located, close enough to enjoy what our great city has to offer and also great place to rest and relax after a day of sight seeing, grocery shopping and restaurants nearby too.

Interaction with Guests:
We communicate with out guests via email and/or text messages, please let us know of anything, also keep in mind that if it's after work hours and there's no response we will reach out to you the following morning, thank you.

Third Floor Pet Friendly

Being pet friendly, adequate for that. Third floor having luggage and golf clubs you get exercise.

Serviceable, clean, & comfortable!

Unit is clean and comfortable. As of Winter of '24 it could use some basic maintenance/upkeep but nothing that distracted from our stay. Beds were comfortable and bedding was fresh. I would book the VRBO again.

Sufficient condo with a nice view

Easy to find and access complex in a decent location, not far from the strip. Check in was easy however be aware this is a third floor condo with no elevator, not posted in listing. As we entered the condo the floors seemed sticky which was odd as the condo appeared clean otherwise. The furniture was very worn couch especially has holes. Balcony however had a great view of the strip. Paint, decor and fixtures are worn and could use some updating. On a good note all appliances which were older did work perfectly. Location was good and close to the strip and a short drive to downtown. Good location for us as we were working while there and this was an easy location for getting around town while avoiding strip traffic. Sufficient for a working trip.

Great spot exactly as expected

I’d definitely stay here again. Location: Plenty of parking, guarded gate and fence to restrict access, easy to get to, nice view of the strip without being in the middle of the lights and noise. Mostly quiet and no problems sleeping at night. There is a RR track not far away and trains make noise occasionally but not too bad. We didn’t mind the trains. Space: Plenty of room, nothing felt cramped or too small. There was a lingering odor of marijuana when we arrived, but it got better after airing out the space. I think that’s hard to avoid in Vegas at any property though. Couch in living room is old and worn down, but no big deal. Beds: comfy and plenty of pillows/blankets, all clean. Bathrooms: clean and operable, some slight disrepair in the big tub but the shower worked. Didn’t try the tub but it looked like the drain plug had trouble. A few hotel size soaps provided. Kitchen: we cooked some meals and everything worked, but the cooking equipment was minimal and there was nothing like salt/pepper/oil or any basic things. Bring or buy your own stuff. I left some salt and olive oil for the next guest :) There was no dishwasher detergent so I’m not sure if the dishwasher works. Communication with the host was slow and delayed. Some messages not responded to at all. However, the day of my arrival just never check in time I got a great message with all the details I needed, so that was fine. FYI there is a separate rental agreement that the host requires
