This stunning new barn-style home was just recently built to perfection! Designed by a famed architect of the de Young Museum. Featuring front row seats to the valley floor with private vineyards on two sides of the property, splendid views, soaring ceilings, and joyous loft-style country living. The great room is absolutely amazing with glazed concrete floors and two-story wall of glass open to a private terrace and patio. Provencale patios invite you to relax with a glass of wine. The beautiful kitchen features high-end appliances and a 2nd chef's kitchen/pantry. The living area features a premium sound and a 4k laser projector for a theater experience. The south wing offers an architecturally inspired loft -a primary suite which is private and pampering with a floating tub, separate rainfall shower, and dual sinks. The north wing- second bedroom loft w/spacious full bath and private office which can also be used as a third bedroom. Easy indoor/outdoor living.

Beautiful property for a couple but groups and families be weary

Beautiful barn house property BUT there is only 1 interior door on a bathroom. 2 bedrooms, the MASTER BEDROOM and guest bedroom are open loft style and offer zero privacy. You are visible from the main floor and the 2 bedrooms look directly across to each other. The master bathroom is equipped with sliding doors so bathroom sounds can be heard downstairs. The third bedroom is an office and the bed is a sofa. It cannot accommodate 2 full size adults and also comes with a sliding barn door. The view to the vineyard in the picture is over the primary road and looks onto the back of a run down antique shops. Overall it’s a very loud and noisy property that is probably best suited for younger people that just want to party.

Ideal Napa Getaway!

The farmhouse perfectly met the needs of our party of 6. The location was central to many wineries and restaurants. After long days of tours, we truly enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and relaxing on the patio. Beautiful and clean! We'll be back!
