WABASSO 11 - 2 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE (sleeps 6) - BEDDING: Master King, BR 2 (loft) Queen. A unique complex located just a walk from mid-Flume and Hootenanny slopes. Our Wabasso unit is simply sweet and cozy! Private, multi-level townhome with large decks, beautiful views, and covered parking. A moderate walk or shuttle ride to the slopes and the Village. All units offer loft bedrooms and comfortable living areas.

Amenities: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Large Deck, and Covered Parking at your unit.

GAS FIRE PLACE AND NO AIR CONDITIONING

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Winter Break

The check in process was easy the day of arrival. Be aware that you have to send your driver license photo at time of booking which is different. The location is 4/10 of a mile from the main village which can be a long way to carry your gear especially with small kids. The place is dated and very small due to all the furniture. The king size bed is upstairs in the loft with no privacy and the spiral staircase makes it tough to get luggage up there. The downstairs bedroom is the smaller bed but you can close the door for privacy. Downstairs bathroom is a common bathroom for the floor. Plan ahead for food bc the village only has a couple restaurants that serves all the mountain and most wait times are two hours on the weekend.

Perfect for our Family

The property is exactly as described, cozy and equipped with essentials. Our family appreciated having a washer and drier as well as the safety and privacy of the location while not being too far from the village. Only suggestions would be to provide more cookware that is stainless steel (we don't use the T-fal stuff) and update the listing as the check in and check out times are reversed. This is explained in the (very easy!) booking process but the listing needs updated.

Great spot

Overall it was a great stay, good location and everything was easy. The only challenge was the listing stated a check in after 10 am and a check out before 4pm, this was a major reason we selected this property as we wanted to ski on our arrival day and on our departing day. Unfortunately the listing info did not match the Info from the manager. They were kind enough to let is check in at noon, but required us to be out by 10am. Overall this wasn’t an issue, but should be corrected on the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family

The property was amazing! Much much larger than the pictures make it seem. There was so much room for our family to spread out and relax at the end of the day. The only issue is we had to drive to the rental company office to get a key code. We were pretty frustrated with this because ,driving from Virginia, we come from the opposite side of the mountain. This meant we had to drive up to the resort and back down to the rental office that was on the other side of them mountain just to get a keycode that could have easily been emailed to us. The stay was great and we were very happy with the rental property and amenities, just hope maybe next year we can get an email :), our car sick children would appreciate it!
