My large family loved staying at the home—we especially loved the multiple sleeping areas and the nice backyard with a grill. The neighborhood was quiet and it was also close to stores like King Soopers and Costco. Would stay at again!

The house had plenty of room for our family. The main level was perfect for family gatherings. The dishwasher was broken, but we used paper plates. AC not the best, but we managed. The kids loved watching the train in backyard. They also found a baby bunny which we all enjoyed watching.

We had a great stay! The home was spacious, beautiful, and fully stocked with kitchenware, toiletries, and coffee items! The hosts were friendly and very communicative as they responded fairly quickly to any questions we had! Will definitely be staying here again when we make another trip to Colorado!

Beautiful property. Location was a little far from Red Rocks which was our primary reason for our visit. Home owner was prompt and professional with all correspondence.

Stayed for a week, It was a great stay! Fit our family great! Everything was very clean. Host was great, very helpful, easy to get In Touch with and accommodating. (Let us check in a couple hours early). Pretty view of the mountains. Good area to take day trips to see different sites. Train went by almost every morning between 7am-8am, once at 2am Whistled every time. Wasn’t there much throughout the day so not sure if/how often it went through during the day. Things that could be updated: knives weren’t sharp even after my husband and brother in law tried sharpening them. The grill and fire pit table could use some TLC. There were 2 propane tanks but only one of them was about a quarter full. The large sectional couch was comfortable but the reclining parts are either broken or just not plugged in, either way, functional reclining parts of the couch would have been nice. The only other issue was the broken dishwasher that the host did let us know about ahead of time. Everything else was exactly what we expected and like mentioned already; a great location to serve as your centralized hub for day trips to go adventuring/exploring all that Colorado has to offer!

Family Fun

Loved the house. So much room for everyone to be able to spend time together. Bedrooms are spacious. The backyard was beautiful and loved to be able to use the grill.

Wow fantastic

From the check in to the check out it was very great stay with better hosts. The train mentioned only heard once in the night but not terrible, I may have been sleeping very hard tho. Great view great stay, great hosts, great view!

The Perfect House

This house was perfect for my huge family! My family and I traveled from Florida to stay in Colorado for Christmas. This house had everything we needed and more to accommodate everyone. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. This house is beautiful and has a lovely view of the mountains, the pictures really don’t do this house justice !

Wedding Days

Beautiful house. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the dishwasher. Glad we didn’t plan to cook at the house. Other than that, the accommodations were awesome!

We were comfortable during our two night stay. The hosts communicated easily with us and addressed our needs. We were grateful for the safety gate on the stairs to the basement because my elderly aunt thought it was the doorway to the bathroom! Disaster averted!

Just what we needed

We stayed for 5 nights, for our daughter's wedding in Denver. We had family travel from all over the US (and some from outside the US) and we all were able to stay together in this nice, large home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen made it easy to have meals together. We rented the extra master bedroom and it made a great "bridal getting ready suite" in addition to an extra bedroom. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay again and the location is very convenient.

Family Reunion Location

Everything was excellent. Hosts were always accessible and friendly. Only comment, for a home of this size, available for multiple families, I would strongly recommend making more than one key available (2 would be fine.) The hardest part of our stay was coordinating key hand-offs. And "leaving key under the doormat", is very conspicuous since the neighbors can see that we used that process for key hand-off.

Overall great stay

Stayed here with co-workers to work in the local area. There is a train directly behind the house which made it difficult for sleeping. There was no mention of this in the description. Check in made me a little anxious as we were traveling and still had no information until 2 hours before check in how to get into the house. The host was good at communicating and very responsive. The house was great though, very well stocked and plenty of room. We rented the master suite, and it was well worth it. The house is very spacious and beautiful. Nice neighborhood, would be great for families.
