Immerse yourself in the captivating scenery, with the renowned Amicalola Falls State Park just a short, scenic 30-minute drive away. Venture out to the charming towns of Jasper, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Ball Ground, each uniquely delightful and all within easy reach.

Indulge in a range of activities without straying too far. Explore quaint antique stores, savor a frosty drink at our local brewery, ingeniously located in a vintage train car, or simply enjoy the diverse offerings of downtown.

Our inviting cottage comfortably accommodates four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms and a spacious, luxurious bathroom. Bask in the warmth of the fireplace or unwind in the hot tub under the stars, with your favorite glass of wine in hand.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully furnished kitchen, made all the easier by a nearby grocery store. A dining area with a large family table provides the perfect setting for those memorable holiday meals. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away behind the dining room.

Just a stone's throw away, downtown Jasper awaits with its delightful coffee shops and the charming Carriage House restaurant. Explore local wineries, craft breweries, The Old Mulehouse, and so much more. The treasures of Ellijay (20 minutes) and Blue Ridge (30 minutes) lie just beyond.

Our cottage comes complete with air conditioning, a fireplace, and coffee/tea makers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and a range of cookware/dishes/utensils. The bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer.

Stay connected or indulge in a movie night with our complimentary wireless internet access and smart televisions in each guest room.

Adorable Cottage

The cottage is absolutely adorable! We were so pleased that it looks just like the photos. It had everything we needed with some little extra touches that made it so special. (coffee, creamer, sweeteners, etc.) We loved unwinding in the evening on the couch in front of the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights’ sleep. If you have an event nearby at The Barn at Dunn Manor, this is the place to stay.

It's minutes from everywhere you want to be (Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Jasper, Amicalola Falls, Downtown Ball Ground) and it's steps from an awesome downtown area that is being revitalized in Talking Rock. Whether enjoying the fall weather or a getaway in Spring or anything in between - this is such a cool cottage.
