"Gone Coastal" is newly remodeled comfortable, elevated, Coastal Chic
Beach Home is perfect for a relaxed vacation just 4 houses
from the beach. With an open concept floor plan, Gone Coastal
is the perfect getaway if you want to have your toes in the
sand in under 3 minutes with easy beach access. A Living
Room with Vaulted Ceilings and Flat Screen TV give you an
instant feeling of peace and quiet. The brand-new spacious
kitchen with a large island with stainless steel appliances make
you feel restored and ready to dine. Each bedroom is fitted
with comfortable beds, privacy, and calming tones to make you
feel restored. Just steps to the beach, guests can easily spend
a day in the sand, return to the house for lunch, and spend the
afternoon in the brand-new private pool and spa (can be heated for
a fee). Two decks are a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning
or a beverage at night.

The first floor features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and The Great Room
with open concept Kitchen, Dining, & Living Room. The second floor
features 2 Bedrooms, each with their own private baths, including a bunk room.

Exterior features include two elevated Decks leading out
back to the brand-new private pool (August 2022)! With Seating
& Gas Grill. Free WiFi is included. Non-Smoking. The house is
situated steps from both the private beach path and city bike path.
It is an easy bike or walk to Coligny Plaza with over 60 Shops &
Restaurants in less than 10 min.

Solid Coligny location

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sea Turtle Getaways. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and accommodate some minor issues we had at the unit (ex: pool wasn't clean upon arrival). The house itself is solid. It was really clean and the location is excellent. It has nearly everything you need for a great HHI vacation with your family or friends. It has a fresh, modern feel to it. Cons: Pool is really small so if you're kids like spending time in the pool it can be cramped. Also, there aren't a lot of cooking dishes in the house. If you do a lot of stay-at-home cooking like we do, you had to improvise a lot because pans and pots are lacking. Finally, there aren't any dressers in some of the bedrooms, so you will have to put clothes on the floor or live out of a suitcase. These things are minor, but folks should know about it.

Southern Charm with a beach bonus

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The charm of this home was evident from the time we turned onto Mallard Street and pulled into the driveway. The live oak tree draped in Spanish moss hung over the drive and others created a beautiful archway over Mallard Street as you looked less than a block away toward the path leading to the beach.The interior of the home definitely gives off the Coastal vibe and has all the comforts of home. The open main living area is perfect for entertaining or curling up on the sectional to watch the large screen TV. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a bathroom available with step in showers.The pool and spa area is in an area that will be partially shaded for the warmer months yet catches some sun for those cooler days. Relaxing in the evening in the spa after a day on the beach is a wonderful experience. Speaking of the beach it is a breathtaking vista during either high or low tide. We were able to enjoy the viewing of dolphins just off the beach beyond the curl of the waves.The location of this property is situated so it is possible to walk or ride your bikes to Coligny Plaza, an area full of shops, restaurants and places for those in search of a cold beverage. Almost anything you want to do on the island is accessible by car within a 15 minute drive.The management company was readily available and very responsive to the few issues we had arise. My only suggestion would be to improve communication on actions being taken to remedy issues that come up.The only problem with our stay was having to leave after enjoying this beautiful home for the prior month.
