A downstairs game room comes complete with a gas fireplace, a pool table, a record player and vinyl collection, and lots of classic board games for family-friendly fun. There's also a mini-foosball table, smart TV, and sofa in the bunk room for added entertainment options. The gas fireplace with faux wood logs provides cozy comfort for family gatherings in the living area. Kitchen updates include new counters, cabinets, and a stainless steel sink. A full suite of major appliances and cookware comes equipped for easy at-home meal planning. You'll find breakfast bar seating for three, and a booth-style nook set for indoor dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
