Home is in private gated community of Windgate Ranch with security guard entrance and use of all community amenities. Our family has owned several second home/ vacation homes which we have taken pride in sharing through VRBO, Our most recent homes are Scottsdale AZ and soon to be released Santa Barbara CA We decorate our homes as our own and enjoy them durring the off season as our own home, Our guests have always fallen in love with our homes and we hope that you will feel the same way.

Casa Descanso has been completely remodeled top to bottom with all of the luxury's of your own home. We have enjoyed this home as our own however we have another home out of state that we will spend a few months a year at and so we are offering our home up for others to enjoy. We absolutely love the location, the views, the wildlife, the walking distance to some of the best hiking trails in Scottsdale as well as being minutes from some of the best restaurants Scottsdale has to offer. We truly believe our location and community is a 10

Our home was designed to be our primary residence and thus there was no detail left un attended to in it's design. The neighborhood is a quiet safe community with one of our friendly guards greeting you and your guests when you arrive 24 -7 The community amenities are long, including several pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and other play areas, Friday food trucks and other community events throughout the year. If you would prefer to stay home our home has a large beautiful newly remodeled pool with a large Baja shelf to wade in, along with a large raised hot tub, and a wonderful built in fire pit. In the evenings enjoy dining outside in the large covered dining area while watching the sun set over the hills
