The Skimmer is Natures Landing Unit C-201 which is a two bedroom, two bath vacation rental offering panoramic views of the Cedar Key bayside mangrove islands. This habitat is home to countless water birds. Herons, night herons, egrets, spoonbills are some of the birds our guest see from the balcony of C201.

This condo can be described as luxury meeting nature. The interior is spacious and comfortable and equipped with Wi-Fi, Dish Network tv, central AC and heat, Three tv's. Kitchen with dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice/water in the door, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster & more.

Bedrooms are comfortable too with a king in the master and twins in the guest bedroom. Two full baths with showers. The laundry is equipped with front load washer and dryer. No carpet. The floors are all plank wood look laminate.

All this and only a minute away from the natural beauty of the bayside of Cedar Key where the saltwater mangroves stretch literally for miles and miles providing shelter for myriad of wildlife and endless kayaking opportunities for our guests.

The grounds are well kept and offer grills, picnic tables, a fire pit and nature trail. Also on the trail is a dock for launching kayaks and fish cleaning sink.

As if this wasn't enough; equally as close to C201 is the village of Cedar Key with multiple great restaurants and seaside activities such as the City Park beach, kayak rental, boat rental, fishing, shopping and sightseeing.

We accommodate a maximum of four guests, and we are a no smoking and no-pets rental. Book C201 for your next Cedar Key visit.

-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
