Beautifully remodeled and ideally located private studio with full bath and a kitchenette on a quiet residential street in Mountain View, within a quick 11-minute walk to Google X (0.5 miles), 1.6 miles to Googleplex, and 2 miles to Shoreline Amphitheatre. In addition to exclusive access to the private attached studio, guests also have access to the laundry room in the main house.

BATHROOMS
The studio has a private, attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Towels are provided.

ACCESS + SHARED SPACES
The studio is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. Access is also provided to the shared laundry room within the main house. The studio shares walls with the main house.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette should be amply equipped to comfortably complete light cooking. We provide an initial supply of salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a standing shower and tub. There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the unit. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in the bathroom.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use within the main house (accessible using a code from the exterior of the home), along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach.

PARKING
Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis, and on the street for larger or extra vehicles. Guests should note any posted parking restrictions.

ENTERTAINMENT
The unit is equipped with hi-speed WiFi (up to 1200Mbps) and a 32-inch smart TV. Guests may also log into their own streaming services accounts.

HEATING/COOLING
This unit is equipped with radiant heat floors; it may take a while to heat up once turned on. The unit does not have AC; floor fan is provided to assist with cooling in the summer.

SECURITY
For extra security, there are 4 exterior cameras at the home.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACE
This home is professionally disinfected between every reservation.

~~ All our homes feature keyless entry and unattended self-check-in
~~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air
~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean
~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant
~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc.
~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blankets

AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites.

BOOKING POLICIES
* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked.
* Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website.
* Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee.
* Host collects a refundable $750 security deposit, which is refunded (less damages/policy violations) within 14 days after departure. 

HOUSE RULES + EXTRA CHARGES
* No smoking (anything). Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal.
* No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. Reservation may not be sublet. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages.
* No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing.
* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Noise complaints from neighbors at any hour will result in $300 charge per complaint, eviction after second complaint.
* No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide, or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused.
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages.
* Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation. 
* Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.)
* Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250
* In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.
