By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

Nice, but felt catfished.

We had over 16 people staying in this house. It was clean and nice in the pictures, but not the same in person. The property itself was great, the furniture was so worn out that the couch felt like you were sitting directly on the wood frame covered with a piece of fabric. The master bedroom downstairs with the crib in it, had no box spring or mattress support, so when you sat or laid on the bed, the mattress sank. The hot water in that same master bedroom does not work in the tub. I’m not unhappy with the property, but it needs some TLC for the next family that stays there.

Back to landscape house

Overall this home was great for our large family of 23. The resort park was just a 5 minute walk from the house. The airport and amusement parks were no longer than 30 minutes away. Emily was very helpful. There were not enough spoons in the home and within a day spoons were delivered. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. There was always enough hot water for showers except for one time (understandable given the size of our family). The only complaint would be that the livingroom sectional has definitely seen better days. No springs left, and it's very uncomfortable to sit on. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid extra for having them heated. There is not a lot of sunshine that hits the back porch and pool which is good for hot sunny days.

Perfect Large Family Vacation!

Recently we’ve stayed twice in the Orlando area as a large group. Storey Lake is a wonderful option for families with young ones, we enjoyed the swimming and club house options almost daily! This property is conveniently located near everything in the Orlando area: airport, Disney, Universal! We could do everything without any hassle (other than the tolls, welcome to Florida). Everything about the listing was as advertised. Well decorated theme rooms were really fun for the children. The adults had plenty of space, we couldn’t have arranged it any better! Emily was amazing, replied to every question quickly - the whole process was seamless. We recommend this property for any large group seeking a “do it all” vacation in the Orlando area!
