This spacious and comfortable East End vacation home is across the street from the beach in the exclusive Sunset Beach community. Summer Breeze features amazing Gulf and coastal views of St. George Island sunrises and sunsets, offers three separate living areas and lots of outside deck space to enjoy coastal breezes, a refreshing beverage, and a chance to unwind.

The exterior of this exceptional vacation home offers concrete parking under the home, an outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and easy beach access via the community boardwalk. An elevator allows for all-floor access and makes unpacking and settling in a breeze. The first floor offers a comfortable seating area with beachy decor and cable TV. The main sleeping quarters are also found on this floor.

To take advantage of amazing views, the second floor offers an open and bright living and dining area. The living room features a large TV with cable and a DVD player, and plenty of comfortable seating. The living area offers lots of windows and access to the large north-facing deck that overlooks Apalachicola Bay. The unobstructed view from the porch offers breathtaking sunsets and 180-degree panoramic views that include the State Park.

Inside, the dining area features a charming mural and a table that seats 10 comfortably. There are an additional six seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite counters, all the equipment one could need, and a dishwasher.

Whether exploring the island on a paddleboard or the multi-use path just steps away or splashing in the Gulf waters and searching for seashells, there are lots of ways to enjoy your days at Summer Breeze. Local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum, playground, and fishing pier are all close by. The State Park is next door to Sunset Beach. Apalachicola’s happening arts, culinary and shopping scene is 30 minutes by car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
