PERFECT LOCATION! 10 minutes from Downtown, 15 min from the airport, 20 min from Universal, 30 min from Disney, this beautiful home is perfectly centralized in a very safe and quite part of Orlando called SODO (South of Downtown Orlando). This home offers 2 bedrooms, with 1 full bathroom, parking for up 2 cars, washer and dryer, three flat screen TV's with chrome cast, high speed internet, two queen beds, two twin beds and a twin pull out mattress. Sleeps up to 7 people.
Long terms are ideal.
In the backyard, there is a Tiny House that is also rented on Airbnb. They have their own driveway and is completely independent from this house. The home is also attached to two other units that are completely independent to this unit. Only one of the units shares the laundry room- they don't have access to your unit.

Florida is notorious for its prolific inset life like ants, roaches, lizards and bug, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars , syrups, jelly, grease, cookies and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebaskets and specially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.

Pet friendly with additional fee between $30-$200 depending on pet size, how many & length of your stay. *Airbnb doesn't have an option about pet fees

The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to everything! SODO is only a couple of minutes away, which has all the retail shopping and restaurants you can imagine! There's also many parks near the home like Wadeview Park, Lake Lancaster Park, Thornton Park, and many others.
When renting this home, you get full access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 smart Tv's, washer and dryer, the driveway, the backyard, everything that is pictured.

**NOTE: This house has 2 attached In-Law suites under the same roof, but they have their own entrances (like a duplex), you'll have your own privacy. The laundry room, parking and backyard are shared**
The best way to get around in Orlando is probably renting a car. I recommend downloading an Application called TURO, which is basically Airbnb for car rentals.
