Come and enjoy a wonderful and memorable beach-cation at this marvelous, dog-friendly duplex located a half mile from Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Seawall Blvd., and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This open floorplan includes a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a mini-coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. There is a perfectly positioned dining table for four to enjoy mealtimes or family game nights and a living area with plenty of seating and a TV. Enjoy the outside picnic area or enjoy a morning coffee with the sunrise and beach aromas as you relax. The shared outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off the sand after spending the day at the beach. In case you don't feel like cooking, you are surrounded by incredible restaurants and local dining spots where you can try the locals' preferred dishes and treats.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great vacation spot with a fabulous commute

A 10-minute walk to the beach and the Pleasure Pier meant this house was right in the middle of all the Spring Break action we could hope for. It was a very great place to stay -- clean and with a very nice kitchen for cooking when we wanted to stay in. Highly recommend!

Not worth it.

The air conditioner did not work. The house stayed in the 80s the whole time we were there. The fan in one of the rooms made so much noise we couldn’t use it. It was a miserable trip.

Pretty good minus one major flaw

Hi! Me and 2 of my girlfriends, plus our two small dogs booked a stay for memorial day weekend, saturday thruTuesday. This could have been a great stay.. The place was clean and comfortable. The only negatives were 1. when we got there 2 of the baseboards in 2 of the doorways were completely popped off. Not a huge deal, we just wanted to send photos right away so we wouldn't be charged. 2. Going into the bathroom, we immediately became aware that the handle to the toilet was completely broken off and sitting on the top of the tank. The only way to flush was by sticking your entire hand into the bottom of the tank and pulling up the chain. I took some photos and notified Vacasa and was sent several automated responses that clearly did not understand or respond. I also tried to call several times and was not able to speak with anyone for the whole stay. it definitely got annoying/gross having to do that every single time we needed to use the restroom, all weekend long! I couldn't believe nobody ever got back to us about that. The only other thing to be aware of is that there is not alot of cleaning items in the unit. I broke a glass and was unable to mop or sweep up the fragments well. Thankfully it was when we were checking out or else I'm sure one of us or the dogs would have probably gotten cut. Other than that, the unit is in a great location walking distance to pleasure pier, a cute piano bar and the oldest gay bar in Texas!
