Stay with us in the Historic District House! We want to provide you an enjoyable experience and life time memories with family and friends. This house is not only located in a Historic District, but very close to all the attractions and food. If you are a foodie, this place will be perfect surrounded with many different type of food

Our warm house with 3 beds and 2.5 bathrooms recently remodeled and renovated with new furniture sleeps 8 guests with smart T.V's in every rooms

This house comes with haven sensation and relaxation which includes:

BEDS & BATHS
+ Three bedrooms: 2 queen-size bed, 1 bunk beds, 1 futon, and 1 extra queen blow-up mattress with many extra pillows and blankets.
+ The home's bathroom features a shower with many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and hair dryers.

KITCHEN & DINING
+ Full kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up something delicious or a special meals for your family vacation.
+ Enjoy a dinner in style at the dining table which has space for 4 with 2 additional space to sit at the peninsula.
+ Appliances include a full-size fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave, crockpot, toaster, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, and hot kettle. You'll find dishes, cookware, wine glasses and silverware fully stocked in the cabinets.

LIVING SPACE
+The home has an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all in one space where you enjoy family time while having a special meal together.
+The drawer inside the TV stand has children's books, and inside the peninsula cabinet will have many board games that you will never get bored being in the house.

OUTDOOR SPACE
+ Kick back in our private front porch or cozy up beneath the sunrise/sunset.

We bring conveniency by providing amenities throughout the house
Our home is also central to many convenient stores and restaurants. Some major entertainments you'll be near by are:

- Anaheim Packing House (8 mins)
- Knott's Berry Farm (10 mins)
- Disneyland (12 mins)
- Asian Garden Mall (19 mins)
- Huntington Beach (32 mins)
- Universal Studios Hollywood ( 35 mins)
- SeaWorld San Diego (1hr 24min)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Early arrival/late check out is available up to 2hr per request. Although we will not be sure until 12/24 hours beforehand. When you arrive, please inspect the home for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to reach out to us. If you would like to have a late departure, then $20/hour for up to 4 hours. A 50% charge of the night’s rate if after that, however you must notify the host 24hr ahead of time prior to check out. $50 is charged for every 30 min after check out time if the guest didn’t notify the host ahead of time.

PARKING:
Free assigned space up to 3 cars are allowed per reservation, 2 spaces inside the garage, 1 space is outside parallel to the garage. Please be aware of street sweeping on Wednesday and host will not be responsible for street sweeping tickets if parked in front of the house.

TRASH CAN:
Trash can are picked up Tuesday morning. If you are staying at the house on Monday evening, please ensure the trash cans are brought out in the evening & promptly brought back on Tuesday afternoon. There are three bins black, green, and brown marked 130 on it, please disposed all trash in 130 black bins specifically.

OTHER RENTALS:
Millennial Queens LLC's home is fully furnished, available on a month-to-month basis and includes all kitchen and bathroom amenities. Home is highly recommended for corporate leases such as travel nurses, business travelers, and intern students. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to get the best rate.

Do not recommend

All of the rooms are very small with little room to move around. Bathrooms are tiny. The cleaning wasn’t great, it was just ok. There was underwear next to the nightstand in one room and thick dust between the nightstand and wall. The beds had no top sheets. The bathtub and showers had some mold around the bottom. The foosball table was fun for the kids but there was no comfortable furniture for sitting. There is no central heat, only tiny space heaters for the bedrooms so the main living area was cold in the morning and night. The real problem was the lack of timely communication from the host when a problem came up. After the first day, the code to get in the house no longer worked. The host wasn’t responding to messages we sent through VRBO and the phone number on VRBO went straight to a generic voice mail that we also left messages on with no response. Due to no response from the host after leaving 7 messages and a voice mail, we had to knock on a neighbors door to ask for help to get a hold of the owner. For this alone, I would never rent from this host again or recommend them. After we checked out, the host sent a message that chargers were found left in the house which I confirmed were ours. Again, no communication from the host when trying to arrange to pick them up. I do not recommend renting from this host and if you do, good luck.

Disney trip

This home was clean and it was booked within 1 day of our trip due to another booking being cancelled by the owner due to plumbing problems. Good communication up front. Be aware: This home has no central heating, it has small mini heaters in every room. This does not help in the large family kitchen dining area; where it was very very cold. There are no top sheets on the beds, just fitted sheet and duvet covers. The bathroom shower in Room 2 is very tiny. Think showering in a pay phone booth. We encountered a problem with the tenant who lives above the garage where where we park. They had a party and was very loud. Multiple requests to the property owner to help and was communicated with the next morning. We were in a pinch so this place helped, but I would not stay again.

Quaint & quiet!!

This was perfect for two moms and our kiddos for our trip to Disneyland! There was plenty of space, it is in a quiet neighborhood, neighbors are friendly and there are many amenities close by! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

This house was beautifully decorated, more than adequate for our needs, and spotless. It was central to everything that we wanted to do. I had occasion to contact the host during our stay, and their reply was quick and thorough. Very accommodating. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Cute Place

This home was more than enough space for my daughter and i. The parking garage was very convenient. The washer and dryer inside the home was great too. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location.
