We are located in the heart of Tremont and an unbeatable location - only a 2 minute walk to amazing restaurants, bars, craft coffee shops and lively art scene (please see our map for more details)! The area is very safe to walk around and enjoy what this city has to offer.

✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.
✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.
✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.
✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.
✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the front side of the house.

✹ To accommodate all group sizes, we charge additional fees per person after the second person.
✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own.
✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house.
✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.
✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.
✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"
✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:
✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity
✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum
✔ Smoking Remediation: $700
✔ Damaged Towels: $20 Each
✔ Damaged Linens: $30 Each
✔ Comforter: $200
✔ Duvet Cover: $100
✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.
✹ Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement.
✹ Fur babies under 30 lbs are allowed inside the house. If you need to step out without them, kindly ensure they are safely caged until your return. Pet fees are $99 per pet if reported before check-in, and $200 per pet if observed on the property without prior declaration and payment.
✹ Our townhome consists of 3 levels (kitchen and family room, bedrooms and full bath, and the roof top patio), so please be prepared for some stairs.
✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager with any.
Guest Access:
Our unit is the last townhome on the left when entering the driveway from W 10th. When you arrive at the townhome you can gain access by entering your door code and check mark. ( Your door code will be sent to you 2 days before arrival, please message me for the garage code)

Situated along the Towpath Trail and just minutes from Downtown Cleveland, Tremont is Cleveland’s vibrant urban village where visitors mingle seamlessly with residents, business owners, artists and entrepreneurs.
Tremont is one of Cleveland’s oldest neighborhoods with a rich history dating back to the early 1800s. Today the neighborhood is known for its award-winning restaurants, lively art scene, boutique shops, scenic churches, and fun-filled events that bring the community together and attract visitors from around the region and across the country.

This townhome comes with 1 garage parking spot. There is plenty of off street parking.
